Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort. Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Current CPR certification and TB test
Responsibilities
- Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Patient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping
- Follow written assignment and instructions
- Complete and submit appropriate documentation
