About The Position

Baker Place Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our healthcare team on a part-time or PRN basis across all shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a difference in patients' lives while having flexibility in their work schedule.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active CNA or HHA certification/license in New Jersey.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare provider, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any significant changes to the supervisory team.
Support patients with mobility by assisting with transfers and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury.
Maintain open communication with patients and their families, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
Follow all healthcare protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and certification.
