Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and a Car
- Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia County
- Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
- CPR certification
- 2nd Level Background check

Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
