Requirements
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
- Current TB/PPD and First Aid/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to client homes throughout Prince William County
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
