About The Position
CarDon & Associates is currently hiring for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) across Central and Southern Indiana. This position offers a $2,000 bonus for full-time employees. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing nursing and nursing-related services to residents, ensuring that each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care is followed. You will also maintain a homelike environment for residents, protect and promote resident rights, and assist each resident in maintaining independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
