About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare of Northeast Metro is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $40.00 per hour, with opportunities for daily and weekly pay. Our services are available every day of the week, and we are looking for experienced CNAs who are passionate about helping others. As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide compassionate, life-affirming care to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the support they need for fuller lives. Requirements

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
