About The Position

Here you will have the opportunity to take care of a diverse patient population providing high-quality, safe care to patients with medical, surgical and interventional cardiology needs while also caring for patients recovering from thoracic and simple spinal surgeries. This mix will offer you a diverse and enriching clinical experience while helping you develop a solid foundation of clinical skills that will carry forward toward many different career paths. R1 is a 36 bed, telemetry unit that prioritizes collaboration and teamwork. You'll be supported by a strong, Daisy award winning nurse leadership team that promotes an environment of shared governance and authenticity, and a clinical nurse educator with a passion for creative learning.
