About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. Requirements

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Help patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing bed linens and ensuring proper hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates on patient status.
