Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship
About The Position
HSHS is seeking interested applicants for our PAID CNA Apprenticeship program in partnership with Midwest Career Source to receive CNA certification (pending passed exam), followed by a 1 year, full time work commitment with HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. Once the 6-8 week training program is completed within HSHS, you will be gainfully employed as a Patient Care Assistant working with patients in Med Surg or Cardiac/Telemetry Units within HSHS. Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30-days of employment.
- Must be actively working toward certification/licensure in field of practice.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
