Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved CENA program
• Current Michigan CENA certification
• Strong communication skills and a heart full of empathy
• Team player attitude and a “let’s get it done” spirit
• Physical stamina and emotional strength—you bring calm in the chaos
• A genuine desire to make our residents feel respected, cared for, and valued

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming – you’ll be their everyday hero
• Provide emotional support, smiles, and compassionate companionship
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises ‍♀️
• Ensure resident rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe
• Work side-by-side with nurses, therapists, and other teammates to ensure top-quality care
