Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training school (not just past work history)
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- CPR card
- Social Security card
- Health Statement (within 6 months, stating free from communicable disease)
- Required CEUs: Alzheimer’s (2 hr), HIV/AIDS (1 hr), Medication Admin (2 hr)
