About The Position
Our mission, at Crest Nursing Home, is to improve the lives of the residents we serve. We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking a Full-Time NOC (4 Night shift 9:45pm-6:15am and 1 afternoon shift that runs 1:45pm to 10:15pm) CNA to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.
Requirements
- Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of the state. (If not certified, ask us how to go about getting certified)
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor.
