About The Position

We’re offering a $750 sign-on bonus for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift! You’ll receive $250 in your first paycheck, and the remaining $500 after 90 days.
We are seeking full-time and part-time CNA's to join our skilled nursing clinical team. We currently have openings for 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. The starting pay range for this position is $18/hr with exceptional shift differentials too! Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience

We are searching for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants with a strong desire to provide excellent care to our residents who reside in the skilled nursing center.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
• Registration with State registry required
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior geriatric ? Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed.
• Answer signal lights promptly.
• Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly
• Works as a member of the team.
• Gets along well with co-workers.
• Accepts change in a positive manner.
