Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved Train-the-Trainer or Nursing Aide Instructor course (if required by state law).
• Prior teaching or mentorship experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of CNA curriculum and state certification requirements.
• Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for students with diverse educational backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in nursing techniques, patient care protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to manage classroom and clinical schedules efficiently.
• A supportive attitude toward students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
