The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible for delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. This role involves reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connecting with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner. CNAs are expected to engage in continuous learning and development opportunities and comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
