Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed.
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
