The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible for delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents, adhering to their care plans. This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. The CNA will report any changes in a resident's health status to the clinical team and engage with residents and their families in a compassionate manner to create positive experiences. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged through participation in educational seminars and staff meetings. The role also requires strict compliance with all confidentiality and privacy regulations concerning resident information, and performing other assigned duties.
