Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet changing resident needs
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, meals, hygiene, and mobility
- Provide respectful, person-centered care tailored to residents with memory challenges
- Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Support a safe, structured, and comforting environment
- Engage residents in therapeutic activities that promote dignity, connection, and quality of life
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow care team members to follow individualized care plans
