Requirements

• High school diploma
• Current CNA licensure in the state of Colorado
• 1 year of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the last 3 years
• Current CPR card (live demonstration only)
• Proof of negative TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of skills assessment specific to the areas of experience, including any specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Work on a variety of homecare and facility assignments in the local area.
