Requirements
- Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided)
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, grooming, and meals
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes independence and dignity
- Document care and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to follow individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Build connections and provide companionship to enhance residents quality of life
