About The Position

The position involves delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents as determined by their care plans. The role requires providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. The individual will report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience. Continuous learning and development opportunities are encouraged through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. Compliance with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information is mandatory. The individual may also perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
