About The Position

The position involves delivering exceptional and individualized care to residents as determined by their care plans. The role requires providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining the dignity of each resident. It is essential to report any changes in resident health status to the clinical team and to connect with residents and their family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience. Continuous learning and development are encouraged through participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. Compliance with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information is mandatory. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
