Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs
• Maintain clients' health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care
• Monitor clients' environment for safety risks
• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
