Your role as a Certified Nurses Aide / C.N.A As a new Certified Nurses Aide (C.N.A) at Minden Medical Center, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling experience each night. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. You will monitor vital signs, report changes in patient conditions, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. On a typical night shift, you will work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals, following care plans and maintaining a safe environment. Your schedule will primarily be from 7 PM to 7 AM, allowing you to engage in meaningful patient interactions during the quieter hours of the night. You may also participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, ensuring that you are well integrated into our customer-focused culture from day one.
