About The Position
Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Pain Management Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Pain Management team in Boardman, Ohio. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients dealing with chronic and acute pain. Role Overview: Working under general direction, you will identify, evaluate, and manage various healthcare issues, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of complex, long-term pain conditions. You will serve as a vital link between patients and the medical staff, ensuring seamless consultation, collaboration, and referrals.
Requirements
- Current Ohio license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS), or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Active DEA registration and current AHA BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients experiencing chronic health challenges.
