Join our team as a Certified Nurse Midwife - open to both new graduates and experienced professionals Enjoy a flexible schedule that combines 24-hour call shifts at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital with outpatient practice hours, with some weeks spent working 40 hours in the office, Monday-Friday Provide individualized, full-scope midwifery care to women across their lifespan, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health Work autonomously with the support of physician partners to care for OB/GYN patients Deliver babies as part of a busy practice, averaging 24-27 deliveries per month, with physician backup available for C-sections and high-risk cases Manage low-risk deliveries, with the opportunity to deliver 100% of babies unless C-sections or high-risk cases are involved, and with physician support always available.
