Certified Nurse Midwife – Women First OBGYN Center | Royal Oak, MI Women First OBGYN Center is a well-established, all-women private practice with a reputation for compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare in Royal Oak, Michigan. Requirements
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with current Michigan RN and APRN licensure.
- AMCB certification and active DEA/Controlled Substance License.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in obstetrics or women’s health preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship support.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope midwifery care including gynecologic, contraceptive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and primary healthcare services.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
- Manage deliveries, admissions, and inpatient rounding within scope of practice.
- Maintain documentation and care plans consistent with best practices and regulatory standards.
