The midwife provides independent clinical management of essentially healthy people, including routine office well gynecologic care, management of minor gynecologic issues, antepartum/intrapartum/postpartum care, and immediate care of the newborn. The midwife will work in the hospital and office-based care settings as a member of a collaborative care team. The care team consists of OB/GYNs, midwives, NPs, RNs, social workers, and medical assistants. Develop and Grow your Career!
