About The Position
As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings. You'll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required
- Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days
- AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required

Responsibilities
- CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
- Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
- We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
- "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
- Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.
