About The Position
Provide dedicated care at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, focusing exclusively on labor and delivery as a Laborist Midwife. Enjoy a full-time schedule of seven 24-hour in-house shifts per month, with a guaranteed day off after each shift to support work-life balance. Serve as first call for obstetric and gynecologic patients during your 24-hour shift, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centered care. Collaborate in a supportive, physician-led team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nurse-midwives—where midwives play an essential role in care delivery.
