We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to join our client for a 13-week contract. The CNA will provide direct care to patients while supporting nursing staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, dignity, and well-being. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in Montana
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA or ARC
  • CPI certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • Ability to follow clinical protocols and directions from nursing staff
  • Basic computer skills for documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health or hospital settings
  • Previous experience with patients of a wide range of ages and conditions
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff
  • Supporting safe patient handling and use of medical equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Promote a therapeutic and respectful environment for patients of all ages and clinical needs
