Flexible Programs to meet your scheduling needs Shift Differentials up to $2.50 per hour Benefits Packages. $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS Ask about our PIL Program additional $2.50 more per hour Job Description Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing etc. Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs, lifting, moving etc. Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to a nurse management appropriate questions to clarify situations. Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors and supervisors. Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff. Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurses with various duties as directed Job Requirements At least One Year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is required. Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA. Must be able to pass a Drug Screening.
