About The Position
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) 📍Hiring Locations throughout MA: Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, and Wilbraham Home Health Aide – Flexible Schedule (Create Your Own Hours!) Our Springfield, MA office is currently hiring in-home Caregivers to work as Companions or Personal Care Providers. Enjoy the freedom to build a schedule that works for you. Pay: $20/hr+
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- No prior experience required - training provided
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and household needs
- Prepare meals with client assistance
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes or unusual incidents
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
