What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork You’ll Thrive Here If You: Are a current CNA in the state of California, or have completed an approved OBRA training program Are passionate about supporting seniors with dignity and respect Enjoy working in a collaborative, energetic, and uplifting team environment Have strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered mindset Why Westgate Gardens? Requirements
