About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The CENA will work under the supervision of registered nurses to assist patients with daily tasks and ensure their comfort and well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CENA training program
• Current CENA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical stamina and emotional resilience

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Feed patients and assist with meal preparation
• Clean and sanitize patient areas
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
