About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Provides quality care by performing patient care activities and related services necessary to care for the personal needs and comfort of patients based on each person's level of care required, including Alzheimer's and dementia, short term recovery, skilled nursing, adult day care, and on-site rehabilitation services. Assists with providing a safe, comforting, and calm environment for the patient/resident.
Requirements
- Completion of a certified nurse assistant training course
- One year nurse assisting experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment
