About The Position
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Westgate Gardens Care Center – Visalia, CA Pay range $18.00-$18.50/hour Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available New CNA Graduates Welcome! Requirements
- Are a current CNA in the state of California, or have completed an approved OBRA training program
- Are passionate about supporting seniors with dignity and respect
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, energetic, and uplifting team environment
- Have strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more
- Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions
- Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork
