PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly! What You’ll Do: As a vital part of our team, you’ll provide compassionate care to our participants. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal support. Taking vital signs and documenting participant care. Supporting our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Engaging in restorative therapies and recreational programming. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MI and CPR Certification. Skills: Strong communication, independent thinking, and teamwork abilities are essential.
