Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray if previously positive)

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
