Requirements
- CNA Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Level II Background Screening
- TB Test (within 6 months)
- Physical – Free of Communicable Disease Statement (within 1 year)
- Own Vehicle
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Maintain patient dignity and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and office staff
