Requirements
- Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days
- Compassionate communicator and team player
- Commitment to learning and following state/federal regulations
- Genuine love for helping others
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, etc.)
- Answer call lights and provide comfort and support
- Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely
- Monitor and document food, liquid intake, and output as needed
- Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
