Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Charlotte Florida. We are located at 4000 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte, FL 33980. Requirements
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
- Assisting at meals
- Following infection control and center policies
- Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
- Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical
