About The Position

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies. We are looking for amazing Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you. We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts. As a CNA, you will work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, provide one-to-one care. CNAs help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), charting, and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided, and if responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Chart patient information and execute plans of care
• Provide one-to-one care when necessary
• Work in various settings including long-term care units, assisted living facilities, and hospice care
• Participate in on-site training as required
