About The Position

Starr Regional-Etowah Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join their team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire
  • CNA certification required

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning.
  • Assisting nursing staff with vital signs, specimen collection, and routine observations and report changes in patient condition promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
  • Supporting patient mobility and safety using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Documenting care provided in accordance with department standards.
