Requirements

Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
Completion of a state-approved CNA program
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs as assigned
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Support special projects as assigned by nursing leadership
