Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Join Our Compassionate Team! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join us in delivering exceptional care. What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on care to residents under the guidance of licensed nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure resident health and safety. Support residents with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques. Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and emergencies. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills. What You Bring: Valid CNA certification in New York. High school diploma or equivalent. A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively. Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and daily care. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies. Prior CNA experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
