Requirements

Responsibilities
- Providing essential daily care to our Assisted Living residents
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Reporting any changes in residents' health to nursing staff
- Helping maintain a clean and safe environment
- Supporting residents with mobility assistance
- Participating in recreational activities
- Communicating with residents, their families, and team members to ensure personalized care and address individual needs effectively
- Collaborating with nurses and other caregivers to deliver high-quality support and promote resident dignity and respect throughout their daily routines
