We are hiring dedicated, compassionate CNAs to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home environment in Chicago (West Peterson Ave, 60659, near neighborhoods of Lincolnwood and North Park) Casual/per diem scheduled position. This casual position operates on a biweekly schedule (Sunday–Saturday pay period) with the following rotation: Week 1: Sunday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and Saturday overnight (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Week 2: No shifts scheduled This rotation ensures no back-to-back weekend shifts on a regular basis; however, additional shifts available when needed. Responsibilities: Our CNAs provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
