Requirements
- Active CNA certification (State-approved)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to residents’ quality of life
- Ability to lift, move, and support residents as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care is helpful. We offer training!
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Support residents’ emotional well‑being and dignity
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document care accurately in accordance with facility policy
