Requirements

• Must be able to take oral and written instructions and work independently in members' homes
• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with scheduling coordinators regarding the member's health while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Be able to communicate with various types of members and use resources to communicate with members that are hard of hearing, linguistically impaired, and/or emotionally distraught.
• This position requires extensive communication either telephonically, electronically or in person.
• Must be currently certified in the state of Oklahoma as a Certified Nurse Aide or Certified Home Health Aide.
• standing and walking greater than 75% of the time
• lifting from 10 - 50 lbs between 25 to 50% of the time
• lifting greater than 50 lbs less than 25% of the time
